Brentham Garden Suburb: Brentham has a big celebration every May which includes a Jack in the Green.
Bristol: The Bristol Jack in the Green appears on the first Saturday in May.
Guildford: Pilgrim Morris Men celebrate the Summer Pole Day tradition at which a Jack in the Green appears. This is usually on the Saturday of the May Bank Holiday weekend but can be on the first Saturday in May.
Hastings: The Hastings Jack in the Green appears on the Monday only of the Bank Holiday weekend, although the festival runs from Friday to Monday.
Highworth: Highworth, Wiltshire introduced a Jack in the Green on Saturday 22nd April 2006 to mark the 800th anniversary of their market charter. They do not seem to have their own website, but here are some pictures from SwindonWeb for 2009

Knutsford: May Day in Knutsford is celebrated over the Bank Holiday weekend. The main focus is the May Queen, but there is a Jack in the Green.
City of London: The City of London Jack in the Green appears in the City on May Day.
Oxford: The Ancient Men, occasionally known as Oxford University Morris Men, are responsible for the Jack in the Green which appears on Oxford on May Day.
Rochester: Details of the Rochester Jack in the Green, which takes place over the May Bank Holiday weekend, can be found at: http://www.visitkent.co.uk/events/9580/ during the May Bank holiday weekend.
Tunbridge Wells: This is a brand new tradition, started in 2010, in 2011, their Jack in the Green goes out on 30th April.
Whitstable: Oyster Morris organise the Whitstable Jack in the Green.
The Beltane Bash, used to take place at Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London WC1, but I cannot find details for this year.
